Digital content is usually non-refundable once delivered. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will find a solution.

Right of withdrawal

Because this is custom digital content, withdrawal is not possible once processing (page generation) has started. You can see a free preview before paying.

Defect claims

If the PDF has obvious technical defects (e.g. blank pages, broken layout), contact us within 14 days. We will fix it or refund you.
