Terms of Service
These terms govern the purchase and use of digital content on this e-shop.
Service description
The operator creates custom coloring books in PDF format based on the customer's selection. The order consists of topics, style, age and page count.
Pricing and payment
The price is 0.30 € per page. Minimum 5 pages, maximum 40. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may change according to the operator's settings.
Delivery
After successful payment and PDF generation, the customer receives a download link by email. The link is valid for 30 days.
Content rights
The customer receives the right to use the generated PDF for personal and teaching purposes. Resale, redistribution or commercial use is not allowed.
Liability
The operator is not responsible for content entered by the customer in the custom topic field. We reserve the right to reject orders with inappropriate content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Malta.
